  1 gallon of ICT™620-RR removes:
  
  • ~1/2 pound of rusted steel, or
    
  • 20 sq. ft. of moderately rusted steel (or 300 lbs.)
    
• DISPOSAL
  Separate residue from the spent ICT™620-RR solution and properly dispose of according to federal, state and local regulations. Spent ICT™620-RR by itself may be disposed of down the drain and into the sewer. Always consult federal, state and local regulations.
  
• SHELF LIFE & HANDLING
  Shelf life of 3 years if stored out of direct sunlight. ICT™620-RR may freeze as it contains a large percentage of water, but will remain fully functional when thawed to ambient temperature.
  

Zerust® ICT®620-RR is a highly effective and safe rust remover that completely recovers rusty parts. With Zerust® ICT®620-RR, parts can be completely restored to rust-free condition, replacing labor-intensive, abrasive cleaning that damages surfaces and fails to remove rust from small gear teeth and other difficult-to-reach areas.

Zerust® ICT®620-RR works by bonding with iron to remove iron  from iron oxide. The active ingredient reacts only with iron oxide and therefore, does not harm any other metals and non-metals. Simply soak rusty parts in ICT®620-RR and rinse with de-ionized water. Soak time depends on the degree of rust and varies from a few minutes to a full day

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

RECOVER RUSTED PARTS, SUCH AS OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS, THAT WERE NOT PROTECTED WITH ZERUST® PACKAGING.
REMOVE “FLASH RUST” THAT FORMS ON WORK IN PROGRESS PARTS BEFORE THE NEXT PRODUCTION STEP, SUCH AS BEFORE PAINTING BUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER ABRASION CLEANING.

Note: When the active ingredients are used up, the Zerust ICT 620 bath will turn black and will not remove rust.
