ZERUST® ICT™520-HS Film is a special durable film made with patented ZERUST® Integrated Corrosion Technologies™ (ICT™) that provides robust and powerful corrosion protection at a thinner mil thickness. ZERUST® ICT™520-HS Film is available in ferrous, non-ferrous and multimetal corrosion protection formulations.

ZERUST® ICT™520-HS Film is less likely to puncture or tear compared with traditional polyethylene film, so is especially suited for the demanding corrosion protection requirements of export shipments, heavy items or items with rough edges (comparison between plain LDPE film and ICT™520-HS on reverse). ZERUST® ICT™520-HS Film is also available with optional flame retardant additives. As a flame retardant film, it is available in a green color only and provides corrosion protection to steel and galvanized surfaces only.
