New High strength multi metal bag designed directly with the coast guard to provide a perfect fit and product to prevent corrosion in the bail out pump motor drums. 

In the case of bail-out-pump motors, Zerust® High Strength Multi-metal bags were incorporated into the storage process of these units.   Originally, the pump motors were simply placed inside of a watertight drum and then stored until needed.  This method alone, however, proved to be ineffective against corrosion.  Pump motors were inserted into the high strength multi-metal bags before being placed inside the watertight drums for storage.  This method of storage prevented the formation of corrosion and improved operational readiness and reliability - saving time, manpower and money in the process.  These bags were custom designed to fit perfectly in the drums and allow just enough excess material for closure.”
